This executive leadership role will shape and drive enterprise-wide Digital Transformation (DX), AI Strategy, Technology Transformation, and Digital Strategy for major clients. You will work directly with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other C-suite executives to connect business priorities with technology, data, AI, and emerging digital capabilities.
Beyond client delivery, you will play a critical commercial and practice-building role. You will originate strategic opportunities, develop executive relationships, win high-value transformation engagements, strengthen market offerings, and build high-performing consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise-wide Digital Transformation (DX) strategies, connecting business objectives with technology, data, AI, and emerging digital capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior executives, providing strategic guidance on digital operating models, technology investments, AI transformation, and transformation priorities.
- Originate new business opportunities, develop client propositions, lead executive-level pitches, and convert strategic relationships into high-value transformation engagements.
- Lead complex, large-scale, multidisciplinary business and technology transformation programmes, providing executive oversight and ensuring strong governance, successful delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
- Build and expand strategic relationships with major client accounts while identifying opportunities for long-term consulting partnerships.
- Develop differentiated market offerings across DX Consulting, AI Strategy, AI Transformation, and Technology Transformation.
- Strengthen the Digital and Technology Consulting practice through thought leadership, strategic partnerships, talent development, and high-performing team leadership.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and the firm's broader digital transformation agenda in Japan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant leadership experience in digital transformation consulting or professional services.
- Senior leadership experience across areas such as AI Strategy, AI Transformation, DX Promotion, Technology Transformation, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven experience engaging directly with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Demonstrated success in business development, including originating opportunities, leading proposals and pitches, and closing high-value consulting engagements.
- Strong track record of growing strategic client accounts and developing differentiated Digital Transformation propositions.
- Experience shaping enterprise transformation agendas that connect business strategy with technology and digital capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Executive presence and the ability to establish trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong commercial leadership with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and convert relationships into significant consulting engagements.

- Japanese: Native level

- Experience building or significantly scaling a Digital Transformation or Technology Consulting practice.
- Strong market profile or thought leadership in Digital Transformation, AI, technology strategy, or related areas.
- Experience developing strategic alliances and partnerships that strengthen consulting capabilities and market propositions.
- Proven ability to combine consulting leadership, business development, account growth, and practice building.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, data, AI, and transformation disciplines.
