Job Description

A pioneer real estate service company is looking for a HRBP. In this position, you will be accountable for implementing People strategies to enhance overall HR functions.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Providing business insights regarding People policies, and up-to-date market information.
  • Ensuring alignment of People strategies and business plan.
  • Leading regular People procedure, i.e., performance evaluation, C&B, and talent review.
  • Guiding managers in solving employee performance and relationship issues.
  • Suggesting and conducting professional training programs to improve employees' performance and to strengthen People management system.
  • Improving date-driven management to make proper decisions for workforce reductions.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • +5 years of HR experience preferably HRBP and HR Generalist.
  • Native level Japanese, business English.

Preferred skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools preferably Peoplesoft.
  • Basic knowledge on Japan Labor Law, financial terms and principles.

Personal Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to empower others.
  • Sensible and experienced in dealing with conflicting employed-related issues.
