Join a global financial institution as a Funding & Securitization Analyst in the Treasury team, supporting cross-currency funding, debt capital market programs, and structured finance initiatives. In this front-office role, you'll engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive funding strategy, risk analysis, and execution of capital market transactions across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market conditions and implement cross-currency funding strategies for optimal liquidity and capital structure
- Maintain and support debt capital market (DCM) programs, including issuance prep and investor communication
- Negotiate credit lines and local funding options to diversify financing and reduce cost
- Coordinate intra-group and external funding activities, from documentation to deal execution
- Analyze ALM (Asset-Liability Management) metrics and implement interest rate/liquidity risk actions
- Collaborate with global and regional treasury teams to align with overall financial strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in treasury, capital markets, corporate finance, or trading roles with market exposure
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and financial modeling tools
- Knowledge of ALM metrics and market risk reporting systems
Soft Skills:
- Commercially aware, results-driven, and confident in high-stakes financial communication
- Able to present and coordinate funding solutions across global teams
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with DCM, securitization, SAP, and interest rate derivative hedging
- Experience in funding negotiations, structured finance, or capital markets execution
- Strong cross-border coordination skills and comfort working in an international setting
