Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CFO strategies, driving strategic planning and operational improvements
- Support management accounting reforms and fundamental transformation of corporate performance management processes
- Strengthen group governance by managing accounting standard changes, including IFRS adoption
- Drive finance automation and process optimization using AI and automation tools
- Support treasury management, including financial risk management and capital efficiency improvement
- Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement innovative finance solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or corporate planning, either in a consulting firm or corporate environment
- Basic accounting knowledge (equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 2)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- For manager candidates: 2+ years of project management experience
Soft Skills:
- Ability to analyze and resolve client challenges with execution excellence
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teams from diverse backgrounds
- Eagerness to learn and absorb new technologies and knowledge
- Leadership skills to guide teams while balancing results and growth
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- CPA, USCPA, or Bookkeeping Level 1 certifications
- Team leadership experience and participation in global projects
- Business-level English for international assignments
