Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly ABS servicer reports and regulatory documentation
- Conduct portfolio performance analysis for ABS programs and treasury strategy support
- Assist in new ABS deal execution including data prep, documentation, and coordination
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for timely ABS reporting and audit readiness
- Maintain structured finance data for cash flow, liquidity, and debt management
- Deliver updates to treasury and finance stakeholders across regional offices
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum 3 years in banking, securities, or financial services, or 2+ years in a related professional role
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA
- Comfortable handling financial data and treasury reporting tools
Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
- Able to learn new systems and contribute to department-wide goals
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of securitization, SAP, or Moody's Suite is highly preferred
- Experience in a structured finance or treasury environment
- Cross-functional communication in multicultural teams
