Job Description

Unlock customer success and drive product adoption for a leading Legal Solutions company.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner, developing and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts. At the same time, act as an expert on product usage best practices.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization, ensuring customers maximize value from the many different product offerings.
  • Create and manage personalized Customer Success Plans to meet immediate and future customer needs.
  • Define and oversee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, adoption, and feedback collection.
  • Monitor product utilization trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers and Sales to drive renewals, up-sells, and retention.
