A leading global real estate services firm is hiring a Japan Country Contract Manager to oversee contractor performance and service delivery across facilities operations. In this high-impact role, you will ensure full contractual compliance, coordinate daily operations, and support financial goals through proactive contract management. You'll work closely with both clients and vendors to maintain quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractor compliance with all service contracts and agreements
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and safety adherence for all facilities projects
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Lead contract administration including proposals, amendments, and invoice tracking
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, and contribute to financial reporting and performance goals
- Maintain detailed documentation of contracts, work orders, and internal records
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-7 years in contract management, facilities management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing vendor relationships and service delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, budgeting, and P&L oversight
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
