Account Manager Factory Automation

Job Description

Lead an account for Factory Automation at a company that provides a cross platform software framework for the development of apps and devices under both commercial and open source licences.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Connect new customers and identify synergies between projects and the company's product offering for Factory Automation clients
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers and build long-term relationships
  • profitable business
  • Define local marketing needs to increase awareness of the company's products and services

Required skills

  • At least 3+ years relevant experience, and passion for software licensing
  • Experience selling solutions for vertical markets, especially automotive and industrial automation
  • Experience doing business in the software licensing industry

Preferred skills

  • Good technical background, preferably a bachelor's degree in at least a technical field is preferred
  • A goal-oriented and results-oriented personality
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and Business level of English
