Policy Governance Implementation Lead
$745 per day inc. super | Contract until June 2027 | Potential extension
We are seeking an experienced Policy Governance Implementation Lead to support the implementation and embedding of a centralised Policy Governance Framework within a complex organisation.
This role will lead the review and uplift of policies, procedures, standards and supporting governance documentation, while working closely with policy owners, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to drive consistent adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and embedding of a Policy Governance Framework and supporting governance artefacts.
- Review and uplift existing policies, procedures and standards to improve quality, consistency and usability.
- Develop and deliver communications, training and stakeholder engagement activities to support adoption.
- Work closely with policy owners and SMEs to implement governance requirements and transition practices into BAU.
- Monitor project delivery, milestones and key deliverables, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.
About you:
- Proven experience implementing policy governance frameworks or leading policy uplift initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience working within complex corporate, financial services, investment management, government or similarly regulated environments.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working autonomously across a broad stakeholder group.
