    Join a globally recognized beauty company as a Supply Planner, where you will ensure product availability, optimize supply chain costs, and manage inventory levels while aligning supply and demand across international markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for supply chain excellence who wants to make a direct impact on a global organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage supply planning by setting supply parameters and analyzing demand variations to create a global supply plan
    • Align demand and supply, working with commercial teams to address low or excess stock situations
    • Oversee supply execution, including the replenishment process and collaboration with overseas suppliers to set priorities
    • Monitor inventory levels, analyze slow-moving or obsolete products, and define action plans to meet objectives
    • Build budget and stock trend reports and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective reporting

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 3-5 years in supply chain planning, particularly in supply or production
    • SAP experience is a plus
    Technical Skills:
    • Strong presentation and analytical skills
    • Balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail in execution
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels of the organization
    • Proactive and innovative approach to generating ideas and solutions
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or a scientific field

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Fluent level
    • English: Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong numerical skills with a background in engineering, mathematics, or science
    • Proven ability in planning and inventory management within FMCG or beauty industry
