Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination, structuring, and placement of non-life reinsurance solutions for Japanese clients.
• Collaborate with senior brokers on presentations, market analysis, and documentation.
• Assist in the placement and servicing of reinsurance programs.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with global colleagues to ensure seamless client service delivery.
• Develop technical expertise and reinsurance knowledge through on-the-job training and mentoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Knowledge of insurance or reinsurance (prior experience in reinsurance is a plus but not essential).
