Investment Banking Division, TMT Coverage Analyst to Associate

Global Investment Bank seeks Analyst/Associate for its TMT Coverage team.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Assist in executing corporate finance transactions, including M&A, strategic advisory, and IPOs, with a focus on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to prepare investment reports, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Conduct industry research in the TMT sectors.
• Present analysis and recommendations to clients; participate in internal discussions and client meetings.

Required skills

• 2 to 10 years of investment banking or relevant advisory experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience in business valuation.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
