What you'll be doing

Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects within the funds industry.

Managing system integration projects, ensuring seamless implementation across platforms and teams.

Designing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and driving alignment across functions.

Managing project plans, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within scope.

Tracking performance, managing risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Coaching and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve success.
What we're looking for

7+ years' experience in project management, business transformation, or change management within financial services (funds industry preferred).

Proven experience delivering large-scale system integrations and operational model design projects.

Strong track record of delivering complex projects using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus at senior levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Clear and confident communicator with strong presentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management or BI tools is a plus.
