Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute early career graduate programs to attract top talent.
- Create compelling recruitment pitchbooks and career pages to showcase our company culture and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote our employer brand.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment events on campus, such as career fairs and information sessions.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, including maintaining candidate databases and organizing materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as talent attraction, employee branding, and onboarding programs.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
- Min 6-8 years of relevant HR experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience with early career programs and talent acquisition initiatives is essential..
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and a team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
