Job Title: SAP Consultant/Manager (MM, QM, or CO Modules)
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Consultant/Manager specializing in one of the following modules: Material Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), or Controlling Operations (CO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an end-user environment, with regional exposure and expertise in their specific module. This role requires a self-driven individual who can manage vendors effectively and work independently within the SAP ECC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Module Expertise: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your specific SAP module (MM, QM, or CO), providing deep functional knowledge and guidance to the business.
- Regional Exposure: Manage and support SAP implementations and projects across different regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with SAP vendors, ensuring the delivery of quality services and solutions.
- Independent Execution: Work independently to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within the SAP ECC environment.
- Business Support: Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the SAP system within your module.
- Project Leadership: Lead or participate in SAP-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to business needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with a focus on one of the following modules: MM, QM, or CO.
- Worked in a Manufacturing industry is a must
- Proven experience working in an end-user environment, preferably with regional exposure.
- Strong background in vendor management and independent project execution.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and its specific module functionalities.
- Ability to design, implement, and support complex SAP solutions within your module.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in a multinational or regional company with complex SAP landscapes.
- Familiarity with best practices in SAP implementation and support within your module.
