Our client is a leading global organisation seeking a dynamic Workplace Experience Lead to shape the future of workplace and hospitality services across Europe, with a flagship focus on London.
This role is all about creating vibrant, people-first spaces that inspire productivity, wellbeing, and collaboration. You'll oversee guest relations, food & beverage, and workplace activations, while leading high-performing outsourced teams across multiple cities. Partnering with senior leadership, you'll deliver consistent, world-class experiences and set new standards for how people connect at work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee guest relations, food & beverage services, and workplace activations
- Lead and mentor a diverse outsourced team across multiple cities
- Ensure vibrant, welcoming, and functional workplaces that enhance productivity and wellbeing
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality workplace experiences
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and overall service delivery
- Drive strategic planning and operational execution across location
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in hospitality, workplace services, or facilities management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise in vendor management and governance
- 5+ years' experience in corporate real estate, hospitality, or workplace experience (10+ years a plus)
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or facilities management
