About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead a high-profile ERP implementation and transformation program. This role will suit a proven project manager with a strong track record in ERP delivery, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
As ERP Transformation Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle - from planning and design through implementation, go-live, and post-project support. You'll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions that drive efficiency, improve processes, and enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation program, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to align business and IT goals.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external consultants.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
- Oversee training, testing, and support activities to embed the new ERP system.
- Continuously seek process improvements and apply lessons learned for future projects.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are desirable.
