About the role

As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for initiating design concept and visualize the concept to design for each seasons. You will also manage the whole design and production process and keep up-to-date fashion and market trend.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the development of products
• Create technical packs and update as required for all styles determined
• Conduct market research to identify seasonal themes, colours, fit blocks, graphic techniques
• Initiate new ideas for seasonal or crossover collections
• Research industry standards and consumer needs then be able to apply through innovative design
• Liaise with Product Management to ensure all designs align with the brand image and business goals
• Work closely with internal teams to communicate designs, materials, construction, and any necessary changes that occur throughout the development process

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Fashion Design
• 3+ years of experience in fashion or apparel design, preferably with street sport fashion or lifestyle exposure
• Familiar with garment construction, fabrics and graphic techniques
• Great communication, interaction and coordination skills
• Creative, visionary, sociable, proactive candidate
• Proficiency in design softwares including Illustrator, Photoshop or AI design tools
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
