Our client is a leading multinational technology company looking for an experienced Treasury Analyst to join their team - 11 month Contract
The Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of our Treasury Operations team, supporting many aspects of our global Treasury Operations. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into our client's operations and business and have a meaningful impact within a growing Finance organization. Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but is not limited to, the following:
* Bank account management - supporting bank account openings/closures globally
* Bank account maintenance - signatory updates, regular maintenance and KYC fulfillment
* Support setup of direct debit payments as requested by internal partners
* Assist the Treasury team on system maintenance around administration of banking portal access
* Support a robust controls environment with regular interactions among internal and external audit functions
* Develop and maintain reporting capabilities that surface key insights to Finance management
* Work on various Treasury global projects, such as system implementation and automation initiatives
Qualifications:
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
* Experience in domestic and international Treasury Operations
* Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
* Knowledge of banking and treasury systems such as FIS Quantum, CashPro, CitiDirect, HSBCnet, 360T, Finastra is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
* Must be a self-starter, have own initiative, and possess strong prioritization and organization skills
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Must have good verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences
* Must be a team player adept at facilitating an open exchange of ideas and know how to build win/win relationships
* Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
