Junior Accountant

Exciting opportunity for a part-qualified Junior Accountant to join a Financial Services organisation in Dublin city centre. Assisting the finance team in the day-to-day running of the accounts department, this role is particularly focused on financial reporting.

• Permanent role
• €30,000 - 35,000
• 3% pension matching
• Study support for Accounting qualifications
• 23 days annual leave
• Hybrid working - 2 days in the office after probation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Perform account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with senior accountants on various projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Part-Qualified Accountant working towards completing exams (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables and VLookups)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
