We are working with an excellent global organization based in Dublin South, who is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Group HR team. This role involves delivering top-quality HR services to support the Group's growth and executing key people programmes and initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group HR Team, business and functional leaders, and HR professionals across its divisions.
Hybrid work model with 3 days on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for HR initiatives to support the People Strategy
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with colleagues and managers on key HR functions including attraction, retention, learning and development, and employee relations
- Alignment of Practices: Implement group-wide initiatives focused on employee experience, engagement, inclusion, diversity, and learning
- High-Performance Culture: Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management practices and talent development programmes
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment and selection process for Functional teams in Group Services.
- Global Initiatives: Support the rollout and implementation of global HR projects and initiatives across multiple countries
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an HR role, ideally from a services industry
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
- High level of personal integrity, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of balancing governance with high-quality service
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills, with the ability to address complex problems and identify underlying issues
- Proven project management experience
