Role: Customer Service Representative

Duration: 3-month temporary assignment with potential to extend

Salary: €28000 - €30000

Location: Dublin City Centre

Our well known national client is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales. This will be a 3-month with immediate start.The ideal person will have a keen Interest in customer service and hold excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Update and maintain databases
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
• Navigate multiple systems seamlessly
• Deliver top class, timely customer service
• Handle challenging customer conversations with confidence
• Be available for flexible hours

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• Interest in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS office, Excel, Word and SAP is desirable.
