Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a leading multinational investment company based in Dublin City Centre on a temporary basis. You will work as part of the Accounts Payable team, reporting to the AP Manager.

Job Summary:
As Accounts Payable Specialist you will be working within our EMEA Finance Team as part of the accounts payable team. You will have responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of all accounts payable related transactions in accordance with company procedures and policies.
Major activities and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Invoice Processing and PO's
- Working in the end-to-end accounts payable function from vendor set up through payments made
- Reconciliations of supplier statements
- Bank Reconciliations
- Age creditor reconciliations
- Credit Card transaction reconciliations
- Assisting with AP month end close
- Dealing with internal & external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3rd level degree in Finance
- 2 years' + experience in an accounts payable or similar role (end to end knowledge of AP process would be a distinct advantage)
- Experience with online Banking systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft suite (Excel, Access)
