Presales Technical Solution Architect
We are seeking a skilled Presales Technical Solution Architect to join our client's Advisory and Technology Services team. This team supports clients undergoing strategic transformations with expertise in Architecture, Program Management, Development, and Implementation.
As part of the Digital Ecosystems Practice, you'll work on short- to medium-term engagements (typically under 9 months) with clearly defined Statements of Work (SOW).
The Role:
You will shape cutting-edge technical solutions, driving clients' digital transformation journeys. Your work will span system integration, custom software development, and cloud innovation. You'll create compelling solutions and deliver impactful presentations to both technical and business audiences, leading the design and pre-sales strategy, especially in the Cloud space.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical aspects of RFPs, delivering solution architectures aligned with client needs.
- Work closely with Business Development and Engineering teams to understand client challenges, design solutions, and ensure accurate costing.
- Lead the design of technical solutions that meet complex business needs while optimizing performance and costs.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding teams to align with best practices and business goals.
- Lead presales efforts, crafting proposals, and presenting solutions to win new business.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies.
- Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and specifications.
- Manage data and cloud integration projects.
- Represent the company in pre-sales engagements, showcasing capabilities and success stories.
Experience We Are Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Solid background in data management, cloud technologies, system integrations, software development, and service management, with an understanding of infrastructure and security.
- Cloud Experience: Minimum 8 years in designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud solutions, particularly with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Provisioning & Configuring: Experience managing cloud resources (e.g., virtual machines, storage accounts, databases).
- Software Development: Experience in software development, including programming languages, design patterns, and methodologies. Leadership experience in engineering teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong hands-on problem-solving skills to unblock teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Commercial Experience: Strong understanding of the commercial and financial aspects of technology solutions, with experience in business development and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or relevant professional qualification.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent.
