Position: Site Manager

Location: Cork

Salary: €60-65K DOE

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

We are partnered with an established contractor & we are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a new project in North Cork. As the Site Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and implement best practices across all site operations.
• Manage site budgets and resources efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or civil engineering is desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
