Senior Data Analyst

My client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  
  
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to support data-driven strategy
  
  
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
  
  
• Present key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  
  
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool
  
  
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus
  
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, strategic narratives
