Role Overview:
The Office Administrator will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office, supporting the team and maintaining administrative processes. This role requires an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
· Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.
· Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
· Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
· Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
· Handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and manage petty cash.
· Coordinate with HR for recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
· Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including logistics and catering.
· Provide general support to visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
The ideal candidate will have;
· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office management systems.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
