Facilities Administrator - Receptionist

I am working with a fantastic facilities management company to help recruit a receptionist/ facilities administrator to join their busy team in Cork City centre.

This is a fabulous, permanent role with a highly regarded organisation. Do you have previous reception experience? This is the type of person we are in search of.

Duties of the role:

• Be the first point of contact for people coming into the building
• Dealing with daily tasks in an efficient manner
• Liaising with tenants (companies) in the building
• Providing top class customer service to all clients
• Processing invoices and inputting data onto the data base.

Hours: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm

Salary: €32k - 34k
