Role: Digital Brand Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of digital and social media strategies, creative and content across the business. They will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure digital excellence, communicating the brand story through all existing and appropriate digital channels.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working as a digital and social lead, they must demonstrate deep industry knowledge of the digital landscape and an experience in strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Drive the digital and social media advertising strategy across online channels including but not limited to all social platforms, online display, and digital partnerships delivering on brand objectives and business goals.
- Lead and manage digital-first advertising campaigns producing compelling content that drives engagement.
- Evolve and execute social media strategies across the business, increasing brand visibility and engagement, convert content marketing journeys into online leads and sales.
- Utilize tracking, measurement, and digital attribution techniques to set KPIs and analyse campaign results.
- Stay updated on consumer, competitor, and digital landscapes to continuously inform strategic direction and enhance our online presence.
- Oversee and govern social media accounts engaging with non-scheme specific comments, this includes responding to comments and boosting the brand online.
- Work closely with Conversion Optimization Specialist to track online performance of campaigns and initiatives.
- Effectively communicate digital and social media best practices, emerging trends, and campaign effectiveness internally.
Requirements
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and branding.
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience relevant experience in social media, community building and or other relevant digital roles.
- Proven ability to work across broad cross functional teams to translate, ideate and produce best in class social media strategies delivering on desired objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and emerging digital trends.
- SEO experience and understanding of performance content.
- Experience in tracking, measurement, digital attribution, and setting KPIs to measure campaign success.
- Creative mindset with the ability to deliver compelling digital content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Experience working with health and/or sponsorship content a bonus.
