Permanent Credit Controller Opportunity - Cork (Fluent French Required)
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic team within a multinational company based in Cork. Fluency in French is essential for this role. This role is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in the office each week in Cork.
As a key member of the team, you will manage the day-to-day credit and collections for specific customer accounts within the designated sales region. Your role will focus on meeting individual and group collection targets, while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date receivables profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily credit and collection activities for key customer accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Services to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate aged debt reports.
- Manage order releases in line with company policy.
- Ensure customers comply with agreed credit terms.
- Maintain strong professional relationships across various departments and with outsourced BPO teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a credit control environment.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within Europe on an ad hoc basis.
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment.
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre or multinational organization.
