Clerical Officer

Location: Cork City Suburbs

Salary: €16.05 per hour

We are seeking a reliable Clerical Officer to support our client in the Cork City suburbs.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks, data entry, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle mailing, scanning, and copying.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Input data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Arrange meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and edit documents like reports and emails.
• Keep track of office supplies and order when needed.
• Assist visitors and resolve administrative issues.
