A leading Irish engineering company is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects in Belgium. This is a hands-on role ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead onsite coordination between mechanical and other disciplines.

• Monitor and deliver the project construction schedule.

• Attend client coordination meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.

• Supervise project subcontractors, labour, and plant requirements.

• Work closely with site engineers and safety officers to achieve project goals.

• Monitor labour loading to optimize costs and efficiency.

• Ensure all project variations are properly recorded and communicated.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years' experience on mechanical projects, ideally in Pharmaceutical or Oil & Gas industries.

• Time-served fitter or mechanical engineering qualification preferred.

• Strong understanding of piping isometrics and general arrangement drawings.

• Excellent organisational skills, time management, and ability to prioritise.

• Proactive, systematic problem solver with a commitment to high-quality work.

• Strong team player, capable of interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels.
