Business Risk Consultant with International Private Bank under Business Unit. Reporting to both business team and the risk team
Job Duties:
Collaborate in the enhancement of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and actively participate in drills and evaluations.
Organize and facilitate regular meetings for Business Continuity Management (BCM), ensuring accurate recording of minutes.
Stay abreast of HKMA/HKICL circulars and relevant documentation, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
Execute a variety of tasks related to BCP and operational resilience, including coordination with other departments, preparation of reports for Head Office and Local Authority, and evaluation of internal procedures.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with superiors and relevant departments/sections to strategize and execute IT and operational projects.
Contribute to the overall responsibilities and objectives of the branch, providing support to superiors in achieving organizational goals.
Job Requirments:
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the banking industry.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Associate role.
Demonstrate proficiency in BCP management, with experience in complying with regulatory requirements for operational resilience (e.g., SPM OR-1, OR-2, TM-G-2) being advantageous.
Familiarity with ISO20022 is a plus.
Exhibit excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
