Roles/Responsibilities
- Regularly communicate with new, existing, and past clients to build strong relationships and find ways to increase sales and bookings.
- Use a CRM platform to track sales activities, oversee a varied client base, and address operational and financial inquiries.
- Drive the expansion of client engagement through consistent interactions, aiming to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Actively work to re-engage inactive clients, ensuring they are successfully reintegrated and supported.
Required skills
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or travel technology industries.
- Skilled in utilizing Salesforce & Tableau, or similar CRM and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communicator with a dynamic, innovative approach and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must
