Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead management, aligning priorities with sales, generating leads, and conducting follow-ups with statistics and summaries.
- Liaison with organizers and vendors for marketing events and campaigns.
- Tracking, managing leads, and post-event marketing/reporting.
- Collaborate with sales leaders on targeting, segmenting, and messaging prospective clients.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as MQLs and opportunities to drive business.
- Collaborate with APAC leaders on both internal and external strategic initiatives.
Required skills
- 5+ years of field marketing/marketing ops experience within B2B software and/or financial products.
- Adept at traditional marketing techniques like mail, email, and customer events, alongside proficiency in modern approaches.
- Understanding of the strategic and technical aspects encompassing demand generation, lead generation, lead scoring and nurturing, campaign management, email marketing, and data quality.
- Familiar with project management methods essential for overseeing programs end-to-end within budget.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with meticulous attention to accuracy and a process-oriented mindset.
