Morgan McKinley is looking to speak with Business Development professionals who are looking for new business development opportunities in Toronto.
Responsibilities in the role:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Create solutions custom to client needs.
- Participate in budget planning.
- Come up with business strategies and conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve workflow/operational processes.
- Comply with regulatory and industry standards.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Support the management team with reporting to the board and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in business development/sales.
- Experience working in fintech/financial services (cross border payments) is highly desirable with established connections/client relationships to support continued growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building and nurturing long-lasting relationships.
