About the role
As a Senior Event & Marketing Executive, you will organize distribution channel event such as brokers seminars. You will also create event and marketing materials for those events and communications.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events and seminars for business partners like broker firms and banks
- Create end-to-end event plan and logistic, including venue selection, set-up, refreshments etc.
- Develop event materials for the events with internal and external parties, including invitations, MC script, rundown, promotion materials, brochure, presentation deck etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Be the key contact point of the distribution channels
- Handle the commission process by seeking approval from management with end to end follow through
- Generate regular sales and commission report to review the business result
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, event or sales support functions, preferably in insurance industry
- Solid experience in organizing business events and creating presentation decks and other communications materials
- Detail-minded, well-organized and self-motivated team player with great communication skill
- Strong communication and event management skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- With IIQE licenses 1, 3, 5 and FLMI qualification will be an advantage
