Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels
- Craft engaging content for various mediums including press releases, articles, newsletters, website, social media, and internal communications.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders including media outlets, industry associations, and partners, fostering positive relationships and managing inquiries.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and market developments to identify opportunities and risks, providing timely insights to internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and executive teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and events.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role within the legal or financial services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing communication tools and platforms, including MS Office, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented culture.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the financial services sector is preferred
