Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare VAT returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Accounting Technician Qualification preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in a practice environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
