A US Asset Manager is looking for an Admin Assistant with prior financial services exposure to support a group of senior executives in front office
Responsibilities
Manage heavy travel logistics and meeting scheduling for Senior Management and team
Monitor calendar to look out for visitors to HK and Asia, coordinating with Assistants in other regions
Schedule heavy travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, arrange visa if required
Set up meetings, conference calls and events
Answer, screen and manage incoming calls
Maintain contact database
Review and prepare expense reports
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience support senior management in an international financial institution or bank, preferably with travel arrangement experience within the Mainland
Great organisational skills with close attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities
Strong working knowledge of MS Office
English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency
Self-starter with ability to take initiative
Team player with high integrity and professionalism
