TO START IMMEDIATELY FOR 12 MONTHS

We are currently working with an organisation based in Slough who are looking for a tech savvy Personal Assistant to provide all round support to a Director in a fast paced environment.

Duties to include:-

• Extensive diary management
• Provide general secretarial / administration support to the Director
• Organising external / internal meetings, attending them and taking minutes
• Liaising with other staff, regulatory authorities, suppliers and clients etc
• Regularly posting through social media platforms.
• Actively working and producing with digital systems
• Project & event management including Corporate away days, team off site events,
• Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls & face to face enquiries Making appointments and arranging travel and accommodation
• Writing reporting and briefing papers and making presentations Producing board meeting papers, agendas, and facilities for meetings

The role will suit a creative PA who has excellent attention to detail and who thrives in a fast paced environment.
