We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager, Facilities & Administration to oversee facilities and workplace operations across multiple offices.

This is a senior opportunity for someone with 5+ years of facilities or workplace management experience who enjoys taking ownership, managing vendors and teams, and delivering projects that improve the workplace experience.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the smooth operation of regional facilities while also leading workplace projects, health & safety initiatives and vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day facilities operations across multiple locations

• Managing vendor relationships and contracts across maintenance, cleaning, catering and other services

• Leading fit-outs, renovations and relocation projects

• Managing regional budgets, forecasting and tracking spend

• Conducting office walkthroughs, risk assessments and compliance checks

• Leading regional health & safety initiatives and business continuity planning

• Working with architects, contractors, consultants and vendors throughout projects

• Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings and conducting on-site inspections

• Managing, coaching and mentoring facilities team members

• Acting as the key point of contact for facilities-related issues and ensuring minimal disruption to the business

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of facilities or workplace management experience

• Strong people management experience, including coaching and performance management

• Experience managing multiple locations, vendors and stakeholders

• Proven experience delivering fit-outs, renovations or relocation projects

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
