Client Business Associate - Vancouver

We are hiring for a Client Business Associate for a high-performing global Client Reporting team in Vancouver for an Investment Management Firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-6 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or a related analytical environment who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting institutional clients.

The Role

You'll work closely with global client, investment and operations teams, gaining broad exposure to the business and contributing directly to client servicing and retention efforts. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing institutional client reporting covering performance, risk, portfolio exposures and fees

• Working with large datasets, investigating data issues and developing solutions

• Managing and documenting reporting calculations and methodologies

• Supporting RFPs, RFIs and DDQs with accurate quantitative information

• Preparing client presentations, investment summaries and other client-facing materials

• Supporting Client Managers with client and consultant requests

• Contributing to global projects focused on improving reporting processes and technology

• Working cross-functionally with teams across multiple global offices

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record

• 3-6 years of professional experience, ideally within financial services, investment management or a related field

• CFA, CPA, CIPM or equivalent designation is an asset
