    About the Role

    You will lead a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) while contributing to the review and redesign of capability frameworks and training systems. Your work will directly inform strategic workforce planning and capability uplift initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Training Needs Analysis (Primary Focus)

    • Conduct a comprehensive TNA across operational roles
    • Identify workforce readiness gaps and prioritise training needs
    • Apply the 70-20-10 learning model to recommend development approaches

    Capability Framework Review & Redesign (Integrated)

    • Review and benchmark existing frameworks and role descriptions
    • Identify strengths, gaps, and inconsistencies
    • Design an updated capability architecture aligned to TNA findings

    Capability Strategy Input

    • Translate insights into a practical implementation roadmap
    • Support refinement of a 12-month capability strategy.

    Essential Experience:

    • Proven experience delivering Training Needs Analyses (TNA)
    • Strong background in learning design, capability development, and training strategy
    • Experience working with operational or frontline regulatory workforces
    • Experience designing or reviewing capability frameworks and workforce planning models
