Change Manager - Contract
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale organisational transformation within a Federal Government department. This role will contribute to a high-profile business transformation program focused on evolving the operating model, uplifting technology capabilities, and strengthening security and compliance frameworks to enable more efficient and secure ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management activities across a business transformation initiative
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across diverse business units
- Design and deliver communications, training, and engagement plans
- Support the rollout of new technology and security-related initiatives
- Monitor adoption, track benefits realisation, and embed sustainable change
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering change in complex, enterprise-level environments
- Experience supporting technology and/or cyber security uplift programs
- Experience working within Federal Government or highly regulated environments
- Strong background in operating model or business transformation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work across both strategic and hands-on delivery
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR)
