Join a leading global semiconductor manufacturer as a Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits, where you will lead the team responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing C&B programs across Japan. This role drives strategic and operational excellence in stock-based compensation, program management, process enhancement, and executive compensation support. You will partner closely with HR, payroll, legal, and global stakeholders to strengthen equity-related programs and ensure compliance, scalability, and efficiency across all compensation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operational processes related to stock-based compensation.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, payroll, legal teams, and external vendors.
- Lead communication and training initiatives for compensation programs.
- Support executive compensation processes and reporting.
- Oversee end-to-end program management for compensation initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Compensation & Benefits team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- 3+ years of managerial or leadership experience.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Japanese equity systems.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights for business leadership.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing global equity program operations.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance within multinational environments.
- Experience working in large-scale manufacturing or semiconductor companies.
