Key Responsibilities

- Manage installations, upgrades, and system configurations to ensure business continuity.
- Support video conferencing systems across multiple global locations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to monitor systems, address alerts, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Provide high-level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
Required Skills and Qualification
Experience:
- 5-7 years in IT support roles within enterprise environments.
- Strong background in Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Proven ability to deliver senior-level support in fast-paced environments.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Fluent (Professional communication required)

- Flexibility to provide after-hours P1 support as part of an on-call schedule.
