Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using C# or Java
- Design, implement, and optimize solutions on public cloud platforms such as Azure
- Build, maintain, and tune relational databases (MSSQL/MySQL)

- Ensure performance, security, and compliance in all development activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in web application development with C# or Java
- 3+ years' hands-on experience with Azure or equivalent public cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of relational database design and operations (MSSQL/MySQL)
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and agile development processes
- Fluent communication in English and Japanese for team collaboration
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities in a multicultural environment
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization
