Join a global professional services and consulting organization as a SAP Program Manager, leading large-scale SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs in Japan. This senior role is central to delivering complex, enterprise-wide ERP initiatives across industries. You will work closely with executive stakeholders and global delivery teams to modernize core systems and drive long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of SAP ECC and S/4HANA programs across the full project lifecycle.
- Act as the senior delivery lead and primary technical interface for enterprise clients.
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource plans to achieve delivery targets.
- Lead cross-functional and multi-country teams using structured project governance models.
- Oversee solution design including architecture, data, integration, and deployment.
- Conduct executive-level project reviews, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, PMO governance, and margin targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 15+ years managing large-scale SAP implementation and AMS programs.
- Proven delivery experience across multiple SAP full-cycle implementations, including S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end solution architecture and IT service frameworks.
- Experience delivering ERP programs across multiple industries in complex enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication skills across executive, client, and delivery teams.
