Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales plans by analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Set ambitious sales targets and monitor team performance to achieve business goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals and support them in implementing medical device solutions.
- Lead planning and execution for new product launches in the Japan market.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and service teams to maximize business growth.
- Set clear goals for team members, provide coaching, and resolve operational challenges.
- Train, motivate, and support the sales team to enhance performance and professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-7 years of medical device sales experience, preferably with capital equipment.
- Proven team management and employee training experience.
- Strong understanding of the medical device and healthcare industry.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinking to align sales approaches with company goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities when engaging with clinicians and internal teams.
- Leadership skills to motivate staff and support their career development.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.

- Experience launching new medical devices or technologies in Japan.
- Background in women's health, imaging, or surgical tools.
